acad prototyping — production of prototypes, pre-series and small series from plastic in series quality. We would be happy to assist you with geometric design and material selection. We make your ideas tangible from all available thermoplastic materials. This enables us to quickly and cost-effectively secure your development and supply of parts for your prototypes, pre-series and small series.

Acad Engineering

acad engineering — product development, conception - construction. From concept to series production, we develop individual parts to complex assemblies primarily for plastic products and support their development processes for OEMs and their suppliers from various industries. These include industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and the consumer sector.

acad systems

acad systems — enclosures for the medical sector. We develop exclusive housing solutions and produce their small series. Together, we bring your innovative ideas to market primarily for small series quantities. acad group GmbH: We turn ourselves upside down for you.

It is usually the simple things that inspire the greatest fascination. An amazing example of this is the spinning top or standing gyro or even tip top. If it doesn't turn, it looks like an ordinary gyro. However, if you put it into rotation, it not only turns itself but also the world of physics upside down. As a result of his patent application in 1891, the Munich-based physicist Helene Spelz published countless scientific papers dealing with this astonishing behavior. They range from mathematical simulations of stick-and-glide movement to the approach of a speed-proportional frictional force. Physics giants such as Wolfgang Pauli and Niels Bohr have also worked on this.
