Plastic parts using the express injection molding process

Real injection-molded parts are created from a 3D data set after just 5 working days. This is made possible by using the self-developed “Rapid Moulding System” RMS tool concept.

By dispensing with automated production, the tools are extremely quick to manufacture, modify and economical due to their simplicity. The guaranteed output quantities are at least 2,000 rounds.

If larger quantities are required, we produce economically guaranteed quantities of up to at least 30,000 rounds for you from our “Rapid Moulding System — EJECT” RMS-E part-ejecting tool system.

Part sizes of up to 600 mm and a weight of up to 700 g are possible.

There is no restriction when it comes to the choice of materials; virtually any thermoplastic available on the market can be used.
